Thank you for choosing Rosanna Brush and Glow for your wedding day makeup - I’m so looking forward to being part of your beautiful day.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required. This deposit confirms your wedding date in my diary and is deducted from the final total. Once the deposit is paid, your date is held exclusively for you.
​
Your Trial fee is to be paid 1 week prior to the Trial. ​The final balance is due no later than 28 days before your wedding. If these payment terms are not met, I reserve the right to cancel your booking with me.
​
Payments are to be made via bank transfer (BACS) or cash.
Bridal Trials
Bridal trials take place at my beauty salon in Ashford, Kent on weekdays throughout the year and on Sundays during the quieter wedding months of November–March.
​
If you are unable to attend on any day other than a Saturday, or if you require the trial to take place at your home, this can be discussed and arranged where possible.
​
Preparing For Your Trial
​
It is helpful to bring photos of your dress, hair accessories or veil if you plan to wear them. I also recommend wearing a white or light-coloured top or shirt so you can better visualise the finished bridal look.

During Your Trial
​
During your trial we will:

Explore the most flattering bridal style for you

Finalise colours, textures and product choices

Tailor the makeup to suit your skin type, features and preferences
If you are planning a spray tan, brow tint/shape or any facial treatments before your trial, please let me know so I can advise you on correct timing.
Travel & Timings
Makeup prices include travel within 10 miles of Ashford.

For locations beyond this distance, travel is charged at 50p per mile, plus any applicable tolls, congestion charges or parking costs.
​
If your wedding preparations begin before 7am, or your venue requires significant travel time, overnight accommodation the evening before may be required to ensure a smooth and punctual start.
Surcharges
A modest surcharge applies in the following situations:

Bride-only bookings: £50

Bank Holiday bookings: £50

Early starts (before 7am): £50
These fees reflect the additional planning, preparation and reserved time required.
Bridal Party & Assistants
For larger bridal parties (typically more than six people), I may bring a trained assistant to ensure timings run smoothly and everyone is ready without feeling rushed. Any assistant costs will always be discussed with you in advance.
Product Use, Skincare & Sensitivities
I use high-quality, professional products chosen for their longevity, finish and reliability. All brushes and tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between every client.

In some cases a small patch test may be recommended. If you have any specific product requirements or preferences (for example vegan-only products), please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.
Photography & Social Media
I may take before-and-after photos of my work for use on social media, website galleries, and marketing materials.
These images are always used respectfully and to showcase my artistry.

If you prefer not to have your photos taken or shared, please let me know before your appointment — your privacy will always be respected.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If You Need To Cancel

More than 28 days before the wedding: the deposit is retained and 25% of the remaining balance is payable

Within 28 days of the wedding: the full balance is due
Cancellation By Me
In the extremely unlikely event that I must cancel (for example severe illness, emergency, accident, weather conditions or bereavement) — something that has never happened since I began bridal makeup in 2001 — 100% of all monies paid will be refunded.

I will also assist you in finding an alternative makeup artist wherever possible.
The Wedding Day
On the wedding day, please ensure a suitable working environment is available with good natural lighting (near a window is ideal) and a clear space for setup.
​
Clients should arrive on time and with a clean, makeup-free face. If you wear contact lenses, these should be inserted before makeup application.
​
Makeup application takes approximately 45–60 minutes per person depending on requirements.
